The experimental process is a five-step process
Step 1: Sample preparation
1) Cut the fresh/frozen tissue sample into 5-10mg pieces (about the size of sesame seeds);
2) Add digestive enzymes and zirconia grinding beads;
3) Sample size support: 5mg to 1g (tissues as small as rice grains can also be processed).
Step 2: Parameter settings
1) Intelligent mixing: the instrument automatically mixes the sample with high-density zirconia magnetic beads and collagenase/hyaluronidase;
2) Select a preset program (customizable):
