Matrix plastic transportation: Foam boxes should be used during transportation, and it is best to place 1-2 ice packs in the foam box to prevent the quality of the matrix plastic from being affected after contact with high temperatures. Since ready-to-use matrix glue is prone to precipitation when heated, it should be returned to the refrigerator at 4°C for storage immediately after use. Do not directly touch the bottle surface of the matrix glue with your hands to prevent precipitation from forming and affecting the quality of the matrix glue.
Matrix-coated culture plates/flasks: Add 1-2mL of ready-to-use matrix gel to a 6-well plate, gently shake the plate/flask to completely cover the bottom of the 6-well plate, and then place it at 37°C, 5% CO.₂Incubate in an incubator for 1h to 2h. If not used temporarily, seal with Parafilm and store at 2-8°C and use within 1 week.
Equilibration of the matrix gel-coated 6-well plate: Before the experiment, the coated 6-well plate was removed, placed in an ultra-clean workbench/biosafety cabinet for equilibration at room temperature for 20 minutes, the matrix gel was sucked off, and the cells were quickly seeded onto the culture plate.
