| Usage | Transportation of matrix glue: It is advisable to use foam boxes during transportation, and it is best to place 1-2 ice packs in foam boxes to prevent the quality of matrix glue from being affected after it is exposed to higher temperatures. As the ready-to-use matrix glue is prone to precipitation when heated, put it back in the refrigerator at 4°C for storage immediately and do not directly touch the bottle body where the liquid surface of the matrix glue reaches with your hands to prevent precipitation and affect the quality of the matrix glue. Matrix gel coated culture dish/culture flask: Add 1-2mL ready-to-use matrix gel to 6-well plate, gently shake the culture dish/culture flask to complete the matrix gel bottom of the 6-well plate, then place at 37°C, 5% CO2Incubate in an incubator for 1h to 2h. If not temporarily used, store at 2-8°C after closure with Parafilm and use within 1 week. Equilibrium of 6-well plates coated with matrix gel: Before the experiment, the coated 6-well plates were taken out, placed in an ultra-clean workbench/biosafety cabinet for equilibrium at room temperature for 20 minutes, and the matrix gel was absorbed, and the cells were quickly seeded on the culture plate. |
