Proteomics Sample Preparation Solution - From Proteins to Peptides

Proteomics sample preparation provides methodological support for studying protein structure, interaction maps, researching epigenetics, discovering disease biomarkers, and expanding cancer screening at the protein level; before subjecting samples to mass spectrometry, it is essential to develop a mature and stable sample preparation method to ensure the quality and consistency of identification results.

Sample Types

Cell Samples: Including suspension cells and adherent cells, appropriate lysis methods and extraction techniques must be chosen based on cell type.
Tissue Samples: Covering animal tissues (such as heart, liver, spleen, kidney, lung, etc.), plant tissues (such as leaves, flowers, fruits, seeds, tree roots, bark, etc.), and soft-bodied animals (such as schistosomes, Trichinella, etc.), proper handling is required, such as cutting, washing, quick-freezing, etc., to ensure the integrity of the samples and the efficiency of protein extraction.
Liquid Samples: Including plasma or serum (which require enrichment of low-abundance proteins), saliva, tears, urine, milk, cerebrospinal fluid, ascites, etc., each type of liquid sample has its own characteristics in terms of collection, processing, and preservation methods.

Plasma Low-Abundance Protein Enrichment Magnetic Beads Kit

Based on the method of immunomagnetic bead capture, this kit enriches circulating proteins in plasma samples. It reduces the signal masking effect of high-abundance proteins on low-abundance proteins in downstream proteomic assays, thereby enhancing the signal strength of low-abundance proteins and improving the reproducibility of protein identification and quantification.

Proteomics Sample Pre-treatment Kit

Designed for the processing of microgram amounts of protein (5-100 μg), this kit enables rapid sample preparation for pre-treatment, suitable for subsequent mass spectrometry analysis.

Taking 50 μg of 293T cell protein as an example, the identification of proteins and peptides is shown in the figure below.

Phosphopeptide Enrichment Kit

Based on the polymer-based immobilized metal ion affinity capture method, it offers excellent coverage and recovery of phosphoproteomes.

Taking 100 μg of 293T peptides as an example, the identification of proteins, phosphorylated peptides, and phosphorylation sites is shown in the figure below.
