Background
CXCL1, also known as Keratinocyte Chemoattractant (KC), is a chemokine protein that plays a crucial role in immune responses. It is primarily produced by various cell types, including macrophages and endothelial cells, in response to inflammatory stimuli. CXCL1/KC functions by attracting neutrophils to sites of infection or tissue damage, thereby facilitating the immune system's ability to combat pathogens and initiate the healing process. This protein is also involved in the regulation of cell proliferation and angiogenesis, making it an important factor in both acute and chronic inflammatory conditions. Its expression and activity are tightly regulated to ensure appropriate immune responses and tissue homeostasis.

Flow cytometric analysis of 4% PFA fixed and Fixation/Permeabilization solution permeabilized RAW264.7, Stimulated 6 hours with 100ng/ml LPS and the last 3 hours with 300ng/ml BFA (Red) or untreated (Left panel) labelling CXCL1 antibody at 1/500 dilution (0.1 μg). Goat Anti - Rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor® 488 was used as the secondary antibody.
Immunocytochemistry
ICC analysis of Raw264.7 cells treated with LPS (100 ng/ml, 6h) and Brefeldin A (300 ng/ml, 3 h) (top panel) and untreated Raw264.7 cells (below panel). Anti- CXCL1 antibody was used at 1/500 dilution (Green) and incubated overnight at 4°C. Goat polyclonal Antibody to Rabbit IgG - H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) was used as secondary antibody at 1/1000 dilution. The cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with 0.1% PBS-Triton X-100. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). Counterstain with tubulin (Red).
