Mouse Spleen tissue samples were processed into single cell suspensions and stained with FITC Rat anti-Mouse CD45 Antibody(I3/2.3) Reagent and blocked with Mouse FCR Blocking Reagent (abs9477) before staining. The signals were collected on a BD FACSCelesta® flow cytometer, the lymphocytes were gated by FSC/SSC, and the relevant data were analyzed by FlowJo®.
