Background

Rabbit Anti-His Tag (C-terminal) Magnetic Agarose is an affinity chromatography medium designed for easy, one-step purification of recombinant His tag (C-terminal) fusion proteins in E. coli, insect cells and mammalian cells. The recombinant His tag (C-terminal) fusion proteins can be purified directly from pre-treated cell lysate using Rabbit Anti-His Tag (C-terminal) Magnetic Agarose. It is the excellent choice for high performance purifications.

SDS-PAGE

Rabbit Anti-His Tag (C-terminal) Magnetic Agarose is used to immunoprecipitate His-tagged fusion proteins from HEK293T cell lysates. During elution with Acidic elution buffer, the enriched His-tagged fusion proteins are released from the magnetic agarose.
SDS-PAGE analysis was performed.
