Background
UltraNuclease, also called Benzonase, broad-spectrum nucleic acid enzyme, is a non-specific endonuclease derived from Serratia marcescens. It can degrade all forms of RNA and DNA (double-stranded, single-stranded, linear, circular) and is widely used to remove nucleic acids from biological products. Therefore, it is necessary to detect and limit the residual nuclease in biological products to prevent them from affecting.

ELISA
To assess the linearity of the assay, two samples were spiked with high concentrations of UltraNuclease in various matrices and diluted with the appropriate Calibrator Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.
