Conventional ELISA Kits

Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kits for quantifying proteins, cytokines, antibodies and small molecules in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant and tissue homogenate.

Most formats are sandwich assays: a capture antibody immobilized on the plate binds the analyte, a detection antibody completes the complex, and an enzyme substrate produces a signal proportional to concentration. Competitive formats are used for small molecules that cannot bind two antibodies simultaneously.

Kits include pre-coated plates, standards, detection reagents and buffers, and are supplied with a validated concentration range and sensitivity specification.
