Bioactivity

The EPHA3 activity was detected using homogeneous time-resolved fluorescence technology. The reaction was performed by incubating the EPHA3 protein , ATP and substrate at 25℃ for 50 min, adding the TK-mix at 25℃ for 60 min, then reading ratio 665/620 nm with BMG.
