Background
Dynamin 2 is a large GTPase protein that plays a crucial role in cellular processes such as endocytosis and cytokinesis. It is involved in the fission of membrane vesicles, helping to separate newly formed vesicles from the parent membrane during endocytosis. Counterstained with hematoxylin. Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH9.0 was performed before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
