Background
This product is mainly used for the determination of the paired full-length VDJ sequences in rabbit-derived single B cells. This product is compatible with the BD Rhapsody single-cell sequencing platform. It adopts optimized target amplification primer sequences and the most suitable enzyme reaction system, which can effectively amplify and detect the light and heavy chain sequence information of rabbit-derived single B cells, including IGHA, IGHG, IGHM, IGKC, IGLC, etc.
