Background
This product is mainly applied to the determination of paired full-length VDJ sequences in human single B cells. It is compatible with the BD Rhapsody single-cell sequencing platform and uses optimized targeted amplification primer sequences and the most suitable enzyme reaction system. It can simultaneously effectively amplify and detect heavy and light chain sequence information such as IGHG, IGHM, IGHA, IGKC, and IGLC of human single B cells.
