Stimulate 1×10⁵ cells/well of cryopreservation PBMCs with PHA in a 37°C, 5% CO₂ incubator for 20 hours. Repeat across 6 wells in 3 batches. This evaluates inter-batch and intra-batch precision. Data presented includes mean spot count, range, and coefficient of variation.
