Background
Mouse CCL17 (TARC) is a CC chemokine that acts as the primary ligand for CCR4, specifically recruiting Th2 cells and regulatory T cells (Tregs). Produced by dendritic cells and macrophages under inflammatory stimulation, it serves as a key mediator of type 2 immunity. Its elevated expression drives allergic pathologies such as asthma and atopic dermatitis by promoting leukocyte infiltration and Th2-mediated inflammation, making it both a biomarker and a promising therapeutic target in allergic disease research.

Linearity
The concentrations of Mouse CCL17 were measured and interpolated from the target standard curves and corrected for sample dilution.
the sample is undiluted samples are as follows: Rat Splenocyte Supernatant for 3days (16.7%). The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted. The mean target concentration was determined to be 3797 pg/mL in Rat Splenocyte Supernatant.
The sample is undiluted samples are as follows: Rat hybidoma supernatant for 5days (16.7%). The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted. The mean target concentration was determined to be 2870 pg/mL in unstimulated Rat hybidoma supernatant.
To assess the linearity of the assay, sample was spiked with high concentrations of Mouse CCL17 in various matrices and diluted with the appropriate Calibrator Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.
