mIHC shows positive staining in paraffin-embedded human tonsil (A). Anti-CD8α Mouse mAb (S0B2148) was used at 1/500 dilution (Red, B), Anti- PD-L1 Rabbit mAb (S0B2134) was used at 1/200 dilution (Yellow, C), Anti-CD68 Rabbit mAb (S0B2064) was used at 1/500 dilution (Orange, D), Anti-CD163 Rabbit mAb (S0B2194) was used at 1/2000 dilution (magenta, E), and Anti-FOXP3 Mouse mAb (S0B2193) was used at 1/100 dilution (Green, F), followed by a HRP Polymer for Mouse & Rabbit IgG (ready to use). Counterstained with hematoxylin (Blue). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH9.0 was performed before commencing with mIHC staining protocol.
