Background
Mouse CCL2, also known as JE or MCP-1 (Monocyte Chemoattractant Protein-1), is a cytokine that belongs to the CC chemokine family. It is primarily produced by monocytes, macrophages, and various other cell types in response to inflammatory stimuli. CCL2 plays a crucial role in the recruitment and activation of monocytes, memory T cells, and dendritic cells to sites of inflammation, thereby contributing to the immune response. This protein is involved in various physiological and pathological processes, including the regulation of immune cell migration during inflammation, the development of atherosclerosis, and the progression of certain cancers. Its expression and activity are tightly regulated, and dysregulation of CCL2 has been implicated in numerous diseases, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions.

The concentrations of Mouse CCL2/JE/MCP-1 were measured and interpolated from the target standard curves and corrected for sample dilution.
#1 sample is undiluted samples are as follows: RAW264.7 cells stimulated with 1ug/ml LPS for 2days (1.25%). The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted. The mean target concentration was determined to be 66.98 ng/mL in stimulated RAW264.7 cells supernatant.
#2 sample is undiluted samples are as follows: RAW264.7 cells culture for 2days (2.5%). The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted. The mean target concentration was determined to be 6.45 ng/mL in unstimulated RAW264.7 cells supernatant.
#3 sample is undiluted samples are as follows: Balb/c Mouse serum (100%). The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted. The mean target concentration was determined to be 127.75 pg/mL in Balb/c Mouse serum.
#4 sample is undiluted samples are as follows: Balb/c Mouse plasma -Citrate (100%). The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted. The mean target concentration was determined to be 42.27 pg/mL in Balb/c Mouse plasma -Citrate.
