mIHC shows positive staining in paraffin-embedded human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Anti-CD8α antibody (S0B2148) was used at 1/1000 dilution (Green), Anti-PD-L1 antibody (S0B2134) was used at 1/200 dilution (magenta), Anti-CD4 antibody (S0B2179) was used at 1/500 dilution (white), followed by a HRP Polymer for Mouse & Rabbit IgG (ready to use). Counterstained with hematoxylin. Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH9.0 was performed before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
