mIHC shows positive staining in paraffin-embedded human cervical squamous cell carcinoma (A). Anti-PD-L1 Rabbit mAb (S0B2134) was used at 1/200 dilution (White, B), Anti-CD4 Rabbit mAb (S0B2179) was used at 1/200 dilution (Yellow, C), Anti-CD8α Mouse mAb (S0B2148) was used at 1/500 dilution (Orange, D), Anti-CD163 Rabbit mAb (S0B2194) was used at 1/2000 dilution (Green, E), and Anti-CK-Pan Rabbit mAb (S0B2118) was used at 1/1000 dilution (magenta, F), followed by a HRP Polymer for Mouse & Rabbit IgG (ready to use). Counterstained with hematoxylin (Blue). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH9.0 was performed before commencing with mIHC staining protocol.
