mIHC shows positive staining in paraffin-embedded human squamous cell carcinoma. Anti- CK-Pan Rabbit mAb (S0B2118) was used at 1/200 dilution (Green), Anti-CD45 Rabbit mAb (S0B2087) was used at 1/40 dilution (Yellow), and Anti-CD31 Rabbit mAb (S0B2009) was used at 1/100 dilution (Red), followed by a HRP Polymer for Mouse & Rabbit IgG (ready to use). Counterstained with hematoxylin (Blue). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH9.0 was performed before commencing with mIHC staining protocol.
