mIHC shows positive staining in paraffin-embedded human tonsil. Anti-CD4 Rabbit mAb (S0B2179) was used at 1/200 dilution (Green), Anti-CD8α Mouse mAb (S0B2148) was used at 1/500 dilution (Orange), Anti-CD3 epsilon Rabbit mAb (S0B2132) was used at 1/1000 dilution (White), and Anti-B7-H3 Rabbit mAb (S0B2244) was used at 1/1000 dilution (magenta), followed by a HRP Polymer for Mouse & Rabbit IgG (ready to use). Counterstained with hematoxylin (Blue). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH9.0 was performed before commencing with mIHC staining protocol.
