mIHC shows positive staining in paraffin-embedded human tonsil (A). Anti- B7-H3 Rabbit mAb (S0B2224) was used at 1/1000 dilution (Red, B), Anti-CD4 Rabbit mAb (S0B2179) was used at 1/200 dilution (Yellow, C), Anti-CD66b Rabbit mAb (S0B0521) was used at 1/1000 dilution (Orange, D), Anti- CD163 Rabbit mAb (S0B2194) was used at 1/2000 dilution (magenta, E), and Anti- CD8α Mouse mAb (S0B2148) was used at 1/1000 dilution (Green, F), followed by a HRP Polymer for Mouse & Rabbit IgG (ready to use). Counterstained with hematoxylin (Blue). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH9.0 was performed before commencing with mIHC staining protocol.
