Figure A is nanobody-eGFP as control. Figure B and C is final sample of membrane protein with saturation and non-saturation compare to nanobody-eGFP. Figure D and E is supernatant sample of membrane protein with saturation and non-saturation. From the five pictures, the results indicated that the nanobody-eGFP have high binding activity to membrane protein-alfa tag.
