Bioactivity

The Kras[G12C](GDP Loaded) activity was detected using HTRF technology. The reaction was performed by incubating the Kras[G12C](GDP Loaded) protein, GTP and SOS1 at 25℃ for 60 min, then adding cRAF at 25℃ for 15 min and adding the beads at 25℃ for 60 min, reading ratio 665/620 with BMG.
