Bioactivity

The Biotin-PRMT5/MEP50 activity was detected using Ultra Luminescence technology. The reaction was performed by incubating the Biotin-PRMT5/MEP50 protein, SAM and substrate at 25℃ for 180 min, then adding MTase-Glo reagent and reading RFU with BMG.
