Background

Daratumumab is a first-in-class Homo sapiens monoclonal antibody of the IgG1 class, specifically targeting the human CD38 protein. It binds to CD38, triggering apoptosis via mechanisms of antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC). This antibody is applicable for research related to hematoma, suitable for use in both human and immunodeficient mouse models. Studies have indicated that Daratumumab also exerts influence on the survivability and transmission of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), particularly in cases characterized by poor prognosis and high CD38 expression.

2e5 of transient transfected anti-CD38 ScFv CAR-293 cells were stained with 0.01ug Alexa Fluor 647-Labeled CD38 Fc Chimera Protein, Human, (Cat. No. UA011239) and unlable respectively (Fig. C and B), and non-transfected 293 cells were used as a control (Fig. A). Alexa Fluor 647 signal was used to evaluate the binding activity.

2e5 of transient transfected anti- CD38 ScFv CAR-293 cells were stained with 0.01ug CD38 Fc Chimera Protein, Human (Cat. No. UA010182) (Fig. D). 2e5 of transient transfected anti- CD38 ScFv CAR-293 cells were stained with isotype and Whitlow/218 Linker-Alexa Fluor® 488 (Fig. E and F). Alexa Fluor® 488 signal was used to evaluate the binding activity.
