Figure 1. Effect of trypan blue staining of cells. HeLa cells digested with trypsin were centrifuged at 1000g for 1 min. After the supernatant was discarded, the cells were resuspended in an appropriate amount of cell suspension and stained with an equal volume of trypan blue staining solution (2X). The death of trypan blue staining indicated by the arrows of the cell. Note: This HeLa cells underwent certain treatments to induce cell necrosis.
