CD45R⁺ cells were isolated from the single-cell suspension using CD45R Nanobeads, an S or L Separation Column, and a magnetic separator. Subsequently, fluorescent staining was performed with Alexa Fluor® 488 Rat Anti-Mouse CD45R/B220 Antibody (RA3-6B2) (STD Cat: S0B5952), and the live cell population was gated for analysis.

Background
CD45R Nanobeads, mouseDesigned for positive selection or depletion of B cells from lymphoid tissues, peripheral blood, or bone marrow. The CD45R antigen is expressed throughout the entire development of B lymphocytes, starting from the early pro-B cell stage, and is downregulated upon terminal differentiation into plasma cells. CD45R is commonly used as a pan-B cell marker. It is also expressed on a small subset of dendritic cells (plasmacytoid dendritic cells).
