IdeS:

IdeS is a highly specific IgG degrading enzyme that can specifically recognize IgG and perform enzymatic cleavage at a single amino acid site below the lower hinge region of the antibody, hydrolyzing IgG into complete F(ab')2 fragments and Fc fragments. It is widely used in the fields of antibody drug preparation and characterization, drug development, etc.

IdeZ:

IdeZ is also an immunoglobulin IgG degrading enzyme that has substrate recognition specific to human IgG and performs enzymatic cleavage at a specific site below the hinge region. IdeZ has unique applications in antibody structural characterization analysis, preparation of antibodies containing only F(ab')2 fragments or Fc fragments of antibodies, etc. Compared with Ide S, IdeZ protease has significantly enhanced activity against mouse IgG2a and IgG3.
