The VCB activity was detected using SPR technology. The VCB protein was immobilized onto the CM5 chip. The varying concentration of small molecular was injected onto the VCB protein surface, and recorded the response signal. The kinetics fitting was as follows with a kD value of ~ 3.98x10-8 M.
