| Description | This kit uses a competitive ELISA method. The microplate is coated with valproate conjugated antigen, and the sodium valproate standard or sample is added. Free sodium valproate and the sodium valproate conjugated antigen pre coated on the microplate compete with each other for the anti valproate antibody enzyme marker, which is developed with TMB substrate. The color changes from blue to yellow after adding the stop solution, The absorbance value is inversely proportional to the content of sodium valproate in the sample, and the content of sodium valproate in the sample is calculated by the standard curve.
