Background
β-tubulin is a 55 kDa protein that forms a heterodimer with alpha tubulin to make tubulin, the primary component of microtubules. Microtubules are rigid, hollow fibers that make up the cell's structural framework (the cytoskeleton).

Flow cytometric analysis of NIH/3T3 cells labelling β-tubulin (FITC Conjugate) antibody at 1/50 (1 μg) dilution/ (red) compared with a Rabbit monoclonal IgG (Black) isotype control and an unlabelled control (cells without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody) (Blue).
Immunocytochemistry

ICC shows positive staining in HeLa cells. Anti-β-tubulin (FITC Conjugate) antibody was used at 1/200 dilution and incubated overnight at 4°C. The cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with 0.1% PBS-Triton X-100. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI.
