Usage 1. Preparation of active tissue:

1. Ensure that fresh tissues are free from fungal, bacterial, and mycoplasma contamination.
2. Select active tissue in a suitable area, remove necrotic excess tissue, and remove residual blood.
3. If the sample is parenchymal tissue, it is best to first trim the tissue block to about 0.5cm wide × 0.5cm thick with scissors or a scalpel.
Note:Too large a tissue mass will affect the exchange of metabolic waste and nutrients in the tissue preservation fluid. If the tissue is difficult to trim to approx.0.5cm wide × 0.5cm thick, at least trimmed to a thickness of about 0.5cm.

2. Prepare the transportation preservation solution:
4. This product should be pre-cooled to 2~8℃ before use. Biological samples should be tested and kept at 2~8℃ during transportation and storage.
5. After estimating the sample volume, take at least 5 times the volume of tissue preservation solution. The tissue is then soaked therein; If the sample has a vascular or luminal structure, the lumen should be rinsed and perfused with this product first, and then fully immersed in this product.
Note: If the storage time is less than 6 hours, the volume of tissue preservation fluid can be reduced as appropriate, but the tissue block must be fully immersed.
6. The preserved tissues can be directly used for subsequent experiments and research. Because this product contains antioxidants, according to actual research needs, in order to prevent interference from antioxidants, tissue samples are infiltrated and washed 2 to 3 times with normal saline or phosphate buffer.
