Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Total RIPK1 (both phosphorylated and non-phosphorylated RIPK1) in cell lysates. This kit can be used to normalize data obtained with the Phospho-RIPK1 (S166) kit. Full assay validation can be found in the Technical Data Sheet. Inhibition of Phospho-RIPK1 in HT-29 cells
Data show that treatment of HT-29 cells with Necrostatin-1S inhibits phosphorylation of RIPK1 at S166 by TNF-alpha (in the presence of SM-164 and Z-VAD) but does not have a major effect on the levels of total RIPK1.
