Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Total STAT5 (both phosphorylated and non-phosphorylated) in cell lysates. This kit can be used to normalize data obtained with the Phospho-STAT5 (Y694/Y699) kit. Full assay validation can be found in the Technical Data Sheet.
