Product Description

Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Total SMAD3 (both phosphorylated and non-phosphorylated SMAD3) in cell lysates. This kit can be used to normalize data obtained with the Phospho-SMAD3 (S423/S425) kit. Full assay validation can be found in the Technical Data Sheet.
