Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Human Total Rb (both phosphorylated and non-phosphorylated) in cell lysates. This kit can be used to normalize data obtained with the Phospho-Rb (S780) kit and the Phospho-Rb (S807/S811) kit. Full assay validation can be found in the Technical Data Sheet. Detailed assay protocols are described in the Generic User Manual.
