Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Total NF-κB (both phosphorylated and non-phosphorylated NF-κB) in cell lysates. This kit can be used to normalize data obtained with the Phospho-NF-κB (S536) kit. Full assay validation can be found in the Technical Data Sheet.
