Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Total CREB in cell lysates. This kit can be used to normalize data obtained with the Phospho-CREB (S133) kit. Stimulation of Phospho-CREB (S133) in NIH3T3 cells
Data show that treatment of NIH3T3 cells with Forskolin stimulates phosphorylation of CREB at S133 but does not affect the levels of total CREB.
Inhibition of Phospho-CREB (S133) in A431 cells
Data show that treatment of A431 cells with Erlotinib inhibits phosphorylation of CREB at S133 by EGF, but does not affect the levels of total CREB.
