Product Description

Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Total AKT 1/2/3 (both phosphorylated and non-phosphorylated AKT1/2/3) in cell lysates. This kit can be used to normalize data obtained with the Phospho-AKT pan (S473) kit and the Phospho-AKT pan (T308) kit. Full assay validation can be found in the Technical Data Sheet. Detailed assay protocols are described in the Generic User Manual.

Stimulation of Phospho-AKT pan (S473) in NIH3T3 cells
