Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Phospho-STAT6 (Y641) and Total STAT6 in cell lysates. This unique kit allows to simultaneously detect phosphorylated and total STAT6 proteins from the same lysate sample in separate wells within the same microplate.
