Product Description

Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Phospho-SMAD3 (S423/S425) and Total SMAD3 in cell lysates. This unique kit allows to simultaneously detect phosphorylated and total SMAD3 proteins in separate wells within the same microplate. Full assay validation can be found in the Technical Data Sheet.
