Product Description

Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Phospho-SLP-76 (S376) and Total SLP-76 in cell lysates. This unique kit allows to simultaneously detect phosphorylated and total SLP-76 proteins from the same lysate sample in separate wells within the same microplate. Full assay validation can be found in the Technical Data Sheet. Detailed assay protocols are described in the Generic User Manual.

Note: the Phospho-SLP-76 (S376) Assay Kit uses a new antibody pair that significantly improves the assay performance (see the updated Application Note).
