Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Phospho-NF-κB (S536) and Total NF-κB in cell lysates. This unique kit allows to simultaneously detect phosphorylated and total NF-κB proteins from the same lysate sample in separate wells within the same microplate.
