Product Description

Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Phospho-MEK1 (S218/S222) and Total MEK1 in cell lysates. This unique kit allows to simultaneously detect phosphorylated and total MEK1 proteins from the same lysate sample in separate wells within the same microplate.
