Data show that treatment of Jurkat cells with Pervanadate stimulates phosphorylation of LCK at Y394.
The Z’-factor value of 0.72 indicates that the assay is robust and suitable for HTS.
Data show a linear relationship between lysate dilutions and TR-FRET ratio values.
Lysates were generated with the corresponding kit's Lysis Buffer. Data show that the THUNDER Assay Kit generates superior S/B ratios compared to the Competitor's assay.
