Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Phospho-JNK1/2/3 (T183/Y185) and Total JNK1/2/3 in cell lysates. This unique kit allows to simultaneously detect phosphorylated and total JNK1/2/3 proteins from the same lysate sample in separate wells within the same microplate. Stimulation of Phospho-JNK1-2-3 (T183-Y185) in HEK293 cells
Data show that treatment of HEK293 cells with Anisomycin stimulates phosphorylation of JNK1/2/3 at T183/Y185 but does not affect the levels of total JNK1/2/3.

Data show that treatment of HEK293 cells with BX 795 inhibits phosphorylation of JNK1/2/3 at T183/Y185 by Anisomycin, but does not affect the levels of total JNK1/2/3.
