Product Description

Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Phospho-GSK3β (S9) and Total GSK3β in cell lysates. This unique kit allows to simultaneously detect phosphorylated and total GSK3β proteins from the same lysate sample in separate wells within the same microplate. Stimulation of Phospho-GSK3β (S9) in MCF7 cells
Data show that treatment of MCF7 cells with EGF stimulates phosphorylation of GSK3β at S9 but does not affect the levels of total GSK3β.
