Product Description

Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Phospho-ERK1/2 (T202/Y204) and Total ERK1/2 in cell lysates. This unique kit allows to simultaneously detect phosphorylated and total ERK1/2 proteins in separate wells within the same microplate. Full assay validation can be found in the Technical Data Sheet.
