Product Description

Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Phospho-Met (Y1234/Y1235) and Total Met in cell lysates. This unique kit allows to simultaneously detect phosphorylated and total Met proteins from the same lysate sample in separate wells within the same microplate.
