Product Description

Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassays for semi-quantitative detection of Phospho-BTK (Y223) and Total BTK in cell lysates. This unique kit allows to simultaneously detect phosphorylated and total BTK proteins from the same lysate sample in separate wells within the same microplate.
